My gluten free daughter loves to make these quick and easy peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. They disappear from the cookie jar just as 'quick and easy'.
1 cup peanut butter -either creamy or chunky
1 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350. Beat first four ingredients together, then stir in chocolate chips. Roll into balls, and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Let cool on the cookie sheet for a couple of minutes before carefully removing to a cooling rack.
Pour a big glass of milk, and have a cookie - or two - or three....

These sound incredible, and since Ben is such a huge fan of peanut butter and chocolate (I can always blame things on him), I'll try them in the next few days.
I would LOVE a box of blueberry tea, but can't figure out how to e-mail you. I know that's really pathetic, but I've looked everywhere and can't find an address. Feel free to take me by the hand and lead me there like you would a two-year-old.
Hi! Visiting first time from Kelly's... and I love this recipe! Will have to try it out soon, lucky I got some peanut butter on my last shopping trip, I'll give those a try. They sound yummy!
We made your cookies today and they were yummy! I posted an entry about your cookies on my blog (hope that's okay). Thanks!
